How to buy VENICEcard

VENICEcard can be bought from any of the following:

  • At one of the Hellovenezia ticket offices.
  • At a partner reseller: all the tourist promotion offices in the Province of Venice, the VeneziaSI Welcome Desk and at the ATVO Treviso's Airport ticket office.
  • Using the Hellovenezia call center service +39 041 24.24.
  • Internet

IMPORTANT!

You can reserve your Venice Card online (a discount is offered if you purchase online) and pick it up with the confirmation number they give you at the airport (Alilaguna booth) at Piazzale Roma or at the train station upon arriving. You may also purchase your card without reserving it (they want people to reserve it in advance to monitor the number of tourists coming into Venice) when you arrive at any of those locations before 8pm. Can I find VENICEcard at Venice Marco Polo Airport?

Yes of course, you can buy VENICEcard at the arrivals area of Venice Airport, at the Hellovenezia ticket desk (at the tourist information desk in front of the luggage reclaim exit). The journey to and from the Airport with bus No. 5 for Venice or with no. 15 for Mestre are included with all VENICEcard solutions at no extra charge.

Can I find VENICEcard at Treviso Airport?

Yes, you can buy VENICEcard at the arrivals area at Treviso Airport, at the ATVO coaches ticket desk. Remember that you can use the ATVO shuttle coach service to get to Venice. This service is not included with VENICEcard. You can buy the necessary ticket directly from the airport at the ATVO coach ticket desk.

Actv Public Transport

All VENICEcard solutions include unlimited use of land and water public transport services subject to the duration of the ticket purchased. The following Actv services are included:

  • Water-transport for Venice, Venice Lido, Murano, Burano and Torcello, Punta Sabbioni
  • Transfer to Venice Marco Polo Airport is included (at no extra charge) on bus no. 5
  • Land-transport in Mestre and on Venice Lido as far as Pellestrina

The following are not included:

  • Links to Chioggia, Jesolo, and other locations outside the municipal territory, for which you should purchase an extra ticket or use Actv transport services
  • Transfer to and from Treviso Airport (Ryanair flights) operated by Atvo transport services
  • Use of the ferry connecting Venice/Tronchetto with Venice Lido.
Use of transport services is unlimited subject to the ticket purchased: 3 or 7 days. The ticket is valid from the time it is stamped.
