The Parco delle Rimembranze or Pineta di Sant'Elena remembers the soldiers that died in the Second World War. This pleasant park is full of tall trees, plants and benches. There are also excellent children's play areas, large areas of grass and there is even a roller skating rink.

This park is an ideal place for a relaxing picnic.

The Pineta di Sant’Elena, located on the island of the same name, offers a lovely walk through a pine forest on a fenced path that runs along the basin of San Marco, giving breathtaking views of the lagoon and skirting the Public Gardens of the Biennale. Nearby is the large soccer stadium - Stadio Penza.
